KLCC Parking Management Sdn Bhd (KPMSB) is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad with more than
10 years experience in the car park management industry.
Incorporated in July 1996, KPMSB was set up to initially
manage and operate the car park facility for tenants of the
PETRONAS Twin Towers and Menara Maxis as well as KLCC
shoppers and visitors. Today, with the experience and
expertise it has gained, KPMSB has become a major player in
car park management, operations and design management.
KPMSB provides parking management services befitting the
standard required for the portfolio of assets within the
KLCC Group of Companies. This parking experience transcends
from 'just parking' to a 'car park that cares'. KPMSB also
provides advisory services to owners and operators of old
and new properties on the practical, functional and
aesthetic aspects of car park facilities.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station
The car park at KLCC, North West Development, operates on
a fully automated parking system that is linked, controlled
and monitored from the Centralised Control Room and it is
the first in Malaysia. The System maximises the operation
efficiency from all locations in the Klang Valley and
Putrajaya and also caters for future car park expansion
within the KLCC precinct or outside locations.
